Can I travel with THC Gummies?Updated 3 days ago
Our THC gummies are fully legal under federal law (hemp-derived, <0.3% THC by dry weight), but traveling with them can still be complicated. Rules and enforcement vary depending on whether you’re flying, crossing state lines, or traveling internationally.
Domestic Travel (within the U.S.): TSA is primarily focused on security, not cannabis enforcement. However, because laws vary by state, there is always a risk that hemp-derived THC products could be mistaken for marijuana, especially in airports or states with stricter cannabis laws. If you do travel, it’s best to keep them in their original packaging, pack them in checked luggage, and carry your receipt or COA (lab report) if possible.
International Travel: We do not recommend bringing THC gummies outside the U.S. Regulations vary widely from country to country, and even hemp-derived products can be treated as illegal.
For peace of mind, all of our products are tested by DEA-licensed labs. If someone scans the QR code on the packaging, it will pull up official lab results confirming compliance. Still, when traveling, it’s always best to use caution and understand the risks.
