We have daily carrier pickups Monday through Friday:

• USPS at 11:00 AM

• UPS at 4:00 PM

When you see ‘Label Created’, it simply means your order has been packed and a label has been printed. The tracking number won’t begin updating until the carrier physically scans the package at pickup or at their local distribution center.

For example, if your order is packed on a Friday afternoon, the label may show as created over the weekend, but the first scan won’t happen until Monday’s pickup. Once it’s scanned, that’s when the shipping timeline officially begins.

We always prioritize expedited orders (USPS Priority or UPS) and ship them as quickly as possible, but all orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received.

If your tracking still shows ‘Label Created’ after 3–4 business days, please let us know — we’ll be happy to look into it right away.
