We have daily pickups Monday through Friday:

• USPS at 11:00 AM

• UPS at 4:00 PM

Please note that placing an order does not mean it ships immediately. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. However, if you select Priority Mail or UPS, we prioritize those and ship them out as soon as possible.

What does "Label Created" mean?

When your label is printed, the tracking will show "Label Created." This status won’t update until the package is physically scanned by USPS or UPS. For example, if your order is packed on Friday, it may not be scanned until Monday when the next pickup occurs.

Once your order is picked up, that’s when the shipping timeline officially begins.

If your tracking still shows “Label Created” after 3–4 days, please reach out — we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Please remember: We are not the postal carrier. Once a package is picked up, we no longer have control over delivery times or delays. But rest assured, we're here to help in any way we can.
