My order says it's delivered but it's not.Updated 9 days ago

We understand how frustrating it can be when your tracking says “delivered” but there’s no package in sight — you’re not alone, and we’re here to help.

Lately, we’ve noticed USPS and other carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a little early, often as a way to close out their route for the day. In most cases, these packages arrive within the next business day. For example, a package marked delivered on Friday may not actually arrive until Monday.

Here’s what we recommend:

• Allow 1–2 business days after the marked delivery date, as the package often arrives shortly after.

• Check around your mailbox, doorstep, side doors, garage, bushes, or parcel lockers.

• Ask a neighbor, roommate, or building manager if they may have received it on your behalf.

• Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
