My order was returned to sender.Updated 10 days ago

If your package was returned to sender, it's often due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please note that once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify the shipping address, as orders move quickly through our fulfillment process.

If the address was correct and it appears the issue was caused by USPS, we may be able to offer a reshipment — just contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Otherwise, once the package arrives back at our facility, we’ll issue a refund for the items ordered. Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they’re paid directly to USPS or UPS. For faster resolution, you're always welcome to place a new order with the correct or updated address.

We also offer optional shipping protection at checkout for added peace of mind in case of lost or stolen packages.
