We’re so sorry your package was returned — we know how frustrating that can be.

Returns usually happen because of an incomplete or incorrect address, and once an order is in our system, we can’t make changes as it moves quickly through fulfillment.

Here’s how we’ll help:

  • If it looks like the issue was carrier-related, we’ll happily review it and may be able to reship at no extra cost.

  • If the address was entered incorrectly, we’ll refund the product cost as soon as it arrives back at our facility. (Shipping fees can’t be refunded since they’re paid directly to USPS/UPS.)

For the fastest fix, you’re always welcome to place a new order with the correct info, and our team will prioritize it.

We also offer optional shipping protection at checkout for extra peace of mind in the future.
